Cape Fox subsidiary Kwaan Tech is seeking a highly qualified, PMI certified Project Manager to join our team in support of a government customer. The PM is responsible for the performance of all task orders to provide services in support of the United States Army at government facilities. The scope includes comprehensive services for a government customer's institutional training infrastructure across CONUS. This encompasses classroom technology and sustainment and necessitating audiovisual and IT solutions. The aim is a flexible scope to meet evolving needs, ensuring a complete technology solution for classroom training - the government aims to establish and sustain a wide range of turnkey digital classrooms.This position is contingent upon award.



  • Eight (8) years of progressive technical and/or managerial experience in information resources management to include four (4) years in supervising and managing substantive IT/telecommunications projects and two (2) years managing large and complex development projects involving multiplepeople.
  • SECURITY CLEARANCE:Must be able to obtain and maintain at least a Secret Security Clearance. Active Security Clearance is desired.


Core Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Plan and direct highly technical projects, involving all aspects of information resources management with emphasis on audio-visual development.
  • Direct completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.
  • Schedule and assign duties to subordinates Interfaces with Government management personnel, including the CO and COTR.
  • Report in writing and orally to Contractor management and Government representatives.
  • Must be capable of negotiating and making binding decisions for the company.


  • Responsiblefor the successful accomplishment of the TO requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring that relevant personnel have a clear understanding of the tasks, resources, capabilities, priorities, schedules, metrics, risks, and desired end-state.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of resources expended, estimates of resources required to completion, the daily status of their contractor workforce,progress reports.
  • Must keep the TO COR and TA informed of production issues and remedial actions.
