Wolf Lake Services is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team in support of the US Coast Guard (USCG) Multidiscipline Healthcare Services. This position is contingent upon award. The primary focus of this position is to ensure each USCG clinic provides health services across a wide spectrum of care, including primary care, dental, mental health, pharmacy, physical therapy/sports medicine, laboratory, radiology, and optometry. The Program Manager shall be knowledgeable of all aspects of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. This position shall ensure clinics are staffed with qualified personnel, capable of delivering quality services to their assigned USCG clinic.

Core Duties:

• Provide oversight of clinic staffing, scheduling, contract deliverables, and quality clinical services at up to 45 locations
• Maintain an effective work force for quality and stability of services with the flexibility to realign staff for various events by coordinating timely recruitment, candidate package submissions, and employee retention
• Serve as the single point contact for the Government in resolving all matters related to the Contract
• Support contract administration and ensure all PWS requirements are met, including the submission of contract deliverables as required
• Perform quality control functions including supervision of services and performance schedule
• Coordinate subcontractor support and monitor quality performance
• Be responsive to customer needs to ensure excellence in customer service by participating in all required performance evaluation meetings
• Maintain training and candidate package/credentialing records on all assigned healthcare providers
