Task Lead Work Location: Remote* (site visits and in person attendance at technical meetings may be required) Eagle Health is seeking a highly qualified professional to support the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) in providing efficient real estate services for Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act (FAST-41) and other priority projects. This role is crucial for the implementation of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, Inflation Reduction Act Section 70007, and the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council's Environmental Review Improvement Fund (ERIF). This role involves significant coordination and management of real estate services for BIA, including processing applications for rights-of-way, permitting, and leases, as well as coordinating with Tribes for FAST-41 project approvals. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, process improvement methodologies, and the ability to conduct thorough analyses and evaluations to support BIA's mission goals.
