Business Development Manager PCBBusinessDevelopmentManagerwill develop relationships within target customers to penetrate organization and open doors to newbusinessopportunities for the assigned Printed Circuit BoardBusiness unit for Southern California. The ideal candidate will deploy account strategies in conjunction with Management in order to achieve goals and objectives set for thebusiness. The BDM will be responsible for aggressively pursuing Printed Circuit Boardbusinessto ensure market share growth and position the Interconnect Technology Group for futurebusinesssuccesses. This person will also be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales revenues targets. The BDM will communicate issues and problems to Management in order to drive and assist with resolution. The BDM will regularly update IT system with required data such as customer information, new opportunity logs and call plans. The successful candidate must have an excellent understanding of Printed Circuit Board fabrication methods as well as the technical background to engage in capability discussions with Engineering, Quality and Procurement organizations. In addition, this person must have a proven track record in generating profitablebusinessgrowth in the Printed Circuit Board market. This person must also have the ability to work collaboratively with the Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams within Sanmina. The successful candidate must be able to develop, prepare and present high quality Sales presentations.
