• 3 years minimum of recruitment and sourcing experience
• Located in the Metro Phoenix Area
• Has experience recruiting high-volume, hard-to-fill roles on tight deadlines.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
• 75% of the time, they will be working from home.
• 25% of the time, they will work from a Valleywise Health location, career fair, or where needed.
• Will attend meeting virtually and on-site
• Will represent Valleywise Health at off-site locations
• Must be a fast learner.

Under the direction of the Sr Manager of Talent Acquisition, this position works

independently and is responsible for creating job postings, interviewing, and referring applicants for nursing, behavioral health, medical assistants, and other healthcare related positions. You will work with hiring managers to ensure the candidates that being considered meet the required qualifications. This role be critical in filling hard-to-fill positions through sourcing activities.

Qualifications

Education:

• Requires a bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3 years minimum of recruitment or sourcing

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be detail-oriented to ensure no spelling, grammar, or formatting errors.
• Must have considerable knowledge and skills reviewing resumes to determine if the applicant meets qualifications for the posted job.
• Must be able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and outside contacts.
• Strong interpersonal, investigative, and organizational skills are critical.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
• This is a high-volume recruitment position. You will need to fill 10 healthcare positions a week.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality standards is a must.
