Job Description:

Emerging Technology Solutions, Design and Validation Partner As Design and Validation Partner for the Emerging Technology Solutions (ETS) group, you will meet with executive leaders from customers and Telecommunication in order to present ETS capabilities, lead design thinking workshops to gather, document and analyze all relevant data related to our customers digital transformations including technical and business insights.

You will work directly with customers to help design and validate solutions which employ technologies available to ETS, Technology and Product Development (TPD) and Telecommunication including, Telecommunication s 5G network, Mobile Edge Compute, AI-driven Computer Vision, Location Technology, IoT, Robotics and other emerging technologies and software.

You will support all strategy driven by the heads of both the ETS group and the TPD organization.

This position plays a vital role in assisting with establishing, qualifying, and supporting the gathering of customer insights and all sales opportunities for ETS and also creating new solutions leveraging Telecommunication s 5G network and MEC architecture.

What you ll be doing:

Support all activities to deliver transformational customer insights and product and solutions leadership within ETS and TPD including documentation and analysis of customer insights

Establish and execute the strategy for ETS s capabilities and business opportunities across the diverse technology capabilities already in place and the new ones to come

Facilitate communication across the department by participating in all-hands and sub-department knowledge-share meetings

Participate in the opportunity discovery process to identify, validate and document business and technical requirements during the prospect qualification phase of the product suite sales cycle

Collaborate with Account Teams, Solutions Architects and Ecosystem leads and product and engineering teams to design solutions which deliver positive business outcomes for customers Assist in the post-sale transition from sales to the customer success team

Requirements You ll need to have:

Experience identifying, documenting and articulating the business and technical requirements of a prospective customer during the full sales cycle qualification, proposal, post-sale transition

Experience communicating technology and software capabilities to address prospect s requirements through compelling presentations (written, oral and product demonstrations)

Understanding of technology innovation including AI, Computer Vision, Location Technology, Robotics, IoT and both wired and wireline connectivity

Understanding of Cloud vs. On-Premise deployment

Ability to travel between 20-50% of the time

Candidate will be required to be in the office 2-3 days per week

Even better if you have:

Experience public speaking

Experience with Video Management Software, Video Analytics and Sensors

Understanding of underlying sensor components such as data ingestion, camera technology, AI, Client, DL, and big data

Subject Matter Expertise in one or more of the below vertical:

Manufacturing

Energy

Transportation

Retail

Education

Experience evangelizing technology innovation with leaders at large tech companies
