The Valley Family Birth Center is a family-centered 9-bed, traditional LDRP model of care. We're looking for RNs to join our team who have a passion for providing safe and respectful maternity care, support of physiologic birth and quality education for the newborn and family. All RNs are trained in labor, delivery, recovery, circulating, postpartum and care of the normal newborn. Experience working in a Level 1 or Level 2 nursery is a plus! RNs have the opportunity for continuing education and growing their skills in perinatal and neonatal care working with nurse educators dedicated to professional development. Come join us! Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $40.54 - $74.50 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
