Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern) is seeking exceptional candidates for multiple post-doctoral fellow positions. Candidates will work in the Center for Science of Science and Innovation, directed by Prof. Dashun Wang. We have a broadly defined research agenda, exploring diverse topics related to the science of science, innovation, AI, computational social science, and network science. The initial term of these positions is one year, with excellent possibilities for renewal. We are reviewing applications on a rolling basis. Our priority is to attract technically strong researchers who are interested in asking bold new questions. Candidates must have a proven record of publications and completed projects that demonstrate an outstanding ability to work with data. The target start date is flexible. The expected base pay range for this position is $61,000 - $80,000. This base pay range is for a twelve-month academic appointment and is subject to negotiation. Research discretionary funding will also be provided.

Northwestern University has provided a pay range representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for the position. The pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including years since terminal degree, training, and field or discipline; departmental budget availability; internal equity; and external market pay for comparable jobs.
