We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to oversee maintenance and construction projects across our vibrant campus. This position will primarily work at our Health Science Center which consists of 31 hospital buildings on UNM North Campus (near UNMH), and a few others spread across UNM. As a supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and inspiring our skilled multi-craft technical workforce specializing in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and facilities services, ensuring every project meets our high standards of craftsmanship and quality. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
