The University of Wisconsin-Madison Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiovascular Medicine seeks applications for BC/BE cardiologist to join a dynamic academic program, with opportunities to create a unique clinical practice and engage in teaching and clinical research at a world-class university. The University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health seeks a cardiologist to join our exceptional multidisciplinary Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program. Responsibilities: For appointments hired as Clinical Assistant, Clinical Associate Professor or Clinical Professor: Position responsibilities for patient care at UW Health locations, includes inpatient cardiovascular medicine service and night call; outpatient cardiovascular services including clinic coverage at Madison based clinics as well as regional sites based on the needs of the division; diagnostic cardiovascular testing, including but limited to, electrocardiograms, ambulatory monitors, transthoracic echocardiography, and a variety of modalities of stress testing and non-invasive imaging. Responsibilities will also include providing clinical teaching of medical students, residents and fellows. Education: Required Qualifications: For an appointment at Associate Professor or Professor rank on CHS Track, candidates will meet criteria established by the department and as outlined in the School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for promotion or appointment to Associate or Professor on the CHS Track.
