Job Summary:
The Department of Radiology, University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking a full-time radiologist, interested in pursuing an academic career in Abdominal Imaging and Intervention at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor on the CT (Clinician Teacher) or CHS (Clinical Health Sciences) Track. Responsibilities: CHS Track - The duties under the CHS Track include clinical, teaching, and academic duties. Clinical duties will take place in the Abdominal Imaging section, and will include ultrasound, intra-operative-ultrasound, ultrasound guided procedures, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), computed tomography (CT) guided procedures, virtual colonoscopy (VC) and gastrointestinal/ genitourinary (GI/ GU) imaging. Teaching and clinical research are required. Departmental teaching assignments include medical students, residents, fellows, and other department trainees as appropriate. The successful candidate will participate in administrative, and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and Public Health. An essential part of these duties will be working in a collegial relationship with other members.
