SRG Global has an immediate need for a Plant IT - OT (Operational Technology) Administrator. The Plant IT-OT Administrator will create value by providing local support for assigned site process & operational technology infrastructure. The successful individual will have a strong working knowledge of infrastructure and networking technologies, preferably in the manufacturing space. Our Team

This position will report to the OT Operations Support Manager and be based out of our facility in Morehead, KY. This position will also require minimal travel as business needs permit.

What You Will Do
* Collaborate with other IT teams and/or production and engineering teams to implement and maintain highly available and secure production and process solutions in the following areas:

* Business and Process network and security infrastructure
* Embrace company Principle Based Management (PBM) culture
* Work with and through other IT teams to ensure that the company cyber security polices are set and maintained
* Support Business and Process local servers and Utility workstations
* Process compute, storage, backup, and DR infrastructure

* Implement, maintain, and support plant operational printers
* Proactively troubleshoot and solve OT network or OT systems issues
* Own and support anti-virus software on plant Process workstations, laptops and servers
* Administer and support software patching on plant Process workstations, laptops and servers
* Manage onsite IT service providers and vendors
* Provide local support for Global OTS Project Teams
* Manage onsite IT stock and inventory
* Collaborate with Plant management of the Morehead plant on local plant projects and DMF and project approval
* Embrace change and challenge existing methods to seek out opportunities for improvement to create value for us and our customers

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

You would have at least one of the following:
* Experience administrating a network of servers, desktop systems and communication devices
* Knowledge of manufacturing infrastructure and networking technologies
* Computer/technology troubleshooting experience (professional, academic or hobby experience would apply)

What Will Put You Ahead
* Demonstrated working knowledge of current network communications devices and protocols as well as server and desktop technologies
* Working knowledge of infrastructure and networking technologies preferably in the manufacturing space.
