Operational & Financial Performance Management

Job Objective:

This position is P&L owner and responsible for driving cost optimization, productivity improvement and operational innovation.

  • Overall manage daily operation to achieve internal and external KPI targets
  • Plan and execute the company strategy
  • Manage P&L performance of Non-Taicang DCs in Jiangsu Region to achieve annual target through continuously driving productivity improvement, cost management, staffing model optimization and operational innovation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to successfully launch operational projects
  • Maintain high level customer satisfaction
  • Well plan and manage outsource labor efficiency
  • Maintain sustainable and compliant partnership with customer and suppliers
  • Evaluate employee performance, develop talents and motivate team spirit
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities
  • Develop new sites and organize the resources to ensure the implementation success and stabilize the operation performance

Education:

Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Engineering, Supply chain management or equivalent

Working Experience:

With experience in P&L management Over 10 years people management experience Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics industry (3PL is preferred) and minimum 5 years of sizable DC operation management

Skills:

Strong communication skills with internal functional teams and external customers, suppliers People management and influential skills Commercial and financial management consciousness Proactive and strategic thinker Fluent English & Mandarin speaking
