Rosetta Stone, the experts in language learning with products that provide an immersive learning experience for 25 languages, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to support Rosetta Stone implementations in universities and large global organisations based in Europe and Morocco. #LI-DE1 As an Implementation Specialist, you will deliver high-quality professional learning sessions (virtual and on-site) and implementation services to customers. You'll also help develop creative strategies for utilising Rosetta Stone to support their initiatives and achieve their goals. #LI-UK We are looking for a candidate who is highly organised, strategic, well-spoken, polished, and passionate about language learning. Additionally, our ideal candidate is committed to providing top-tier customer support that drives implementation and usage. This is a full-time remote position for candidates living in the United Kingdom. #LI-REMOTE WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Provide exceptional customer support to universities and large global organisations as they implement Rosetta Stone Collaborate with customers to develop a custom implementation plan that aligns with their objectives and ensures a successful implementation Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development to administrators, executives, and language learners Travel to lead professional learning sessions and provide implementation support - up to 50% possible travel within Europe and Morocco Use data to drive decision-making and increase customer engagement and usage of Rosetta Stone Partner with the sales team to effectively manage and grow customer relationships WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree Fluent in English, French, and Arabic 5+ years of experience supporting implementation initiatives in universities, large global organisations, or ministries Experience working in multicultural teams with deep knowledge and experience in the Middle East and Africa Regions strongly preferred Exceptional presentation skills Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for language learning Strategic thinker and problem-solver Must live close to a major airport ABOUT IXL LEARNING IXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
