Essential Job Duties
The primary role of a mentor is to meet with the assigned student-athlete to develop and improve time management skills and productive study habits. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Assist student-athletes to set academic goals (short and long term)
*Assist student-athletes with requesting Disability Services Office ( DSO) accommodations, if needed
*Effectively communicate in a timely manner
*Participate in group training and supervision meetings
