Gundersen Health System is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our Boscobel Clinic. Join our collegial team of 2 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians. The clinic serves the city of Boscobel and surrounding communities. A number of specialties provide outreach services to the Boscobel Hospital.

Located on the lower Wisconsin River, Boscobel is your gateway to the unglaciated "Driftless Area" of Wisconsin, truly one of the state's most beautiful and pristine regions. In addition to the attractions and outdoor activities in the City of Boscobel, there is much to do and explore nearby. With the Lower Wisconsin River fishing (all year), canoeing, kayaking, bird watching, and floating the river is just a good start. There are over 170 trout streams (nearly 90 are designated as high-quality Class I streams) in Grant County and neighboring counties of Richland and Crawford, making the area a destination for trout fishing. The area is also well known for small game, deer, and turkey hunting. Simply driving the rural roads and viewing the beauty from various vantage points in the unique Driftless Area of Wisconsin, is an adventure to share with family and friends. Boscobel is 1hr 30 minutes from Madison, WI or 1 hour from Dubuque, IA.

Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated.In addition, must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations.Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians.Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system.Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all medical staff.
