Role Purpose The Global Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Leadwill implement structures, processes, and technology to support the account's business to drive successful IFM outcomes by providing effective subject matter expertise and business support services. This leader will be responsible for building strong business relationships with key client stakeholders in addition to providing functional and technical leadership to the teams that support the delivery of IFM services, engaging and leveraging others to create optimal solutions, drive out costs, scale for efficiency, and advance client relationships. The role will lead a diverse, globally dispersed team. What this job involves: Responsible for centralizing the account's IFM leadership and knowledge, driving operational excellence and consistency and serve as the point of contact for client Center of Excellence leadership. Responsible for establishment and management of the infrastructure and capability to support the business in the deployment of integrated and configured services to support the account and client Responsible for providing advice and subject matter expertise in the areas of IFM. Knowledgeable of facility management practices, processes, and technologies. Coordination with global functional leads to ensure the delivery of account objectives. Scale and deploy best practices and service delivery standards. Work directly with country/regional leads, be a contact point for any account related issues, and provide support in issue resolution. Ensure alignment with regional and enterprise stakeholders by providing clear communication, addressing areas of improvement, and proactively engage to not only mitigate risk but also drive value. Develop strong IFM and industry relationships Collaborate with account management in identifying issues that are interfering with meeting the planned objectives for the account. Conduct root cause analysis of failures and prepare operational solutions that will satisfactorily resolve issues. Ability to effectively design, gain alignment, and successfully execute significant transformation change initiatives from start to finish. Identify opportunities for continuous and measured improvement and measured results. Manage and control IFM finances with support from the Finance Lead to achieve business financial objectives. Work with the account leadership and international team members in defining the global and regional account strategy Advance excellence in client service, innovation in delivery, and adoption of best practices and standards Experience: Demonstrated experience in a senior account leadership role responsible for complex account structure running teams across multiple countries and/or multiple teams Strong general management experience - minimum of 15 years in the business and operations, preferably experience in Facilities Management Proven track record in generating growth through business development Strong working knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and budgeting, and the proven ability to manage to a budget and a P&L Experience in navigating across large, complex organizations Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis Minimum of 8-10 years facility management experience including knowledge of building systems and mechanical/electrical systems, architectural maintenance, and instrumentation/automation Proficient in Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs Strong organizational and management skills Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently Ability to function effectively in a dynamic work environment Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills; strong emphasis on customer service Excellent business writing and verbal communications Strong analytical ability Detail oriented Success working with subcontractors/vendors supporting mutual safety objectives |
