This is a senior/lead expert technical role for overall technical solution architect on the JLL ServiceNow platform team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, implement and drive complex solutions that center on the ServiceNow platform, addressing various business processes, automation, and enterprise service management
Design and build API integrations in-to/out-of the ServiceNow platform in a secure and scalable fashion supporting multiple endpoint technologies
Lead the development team
Lead the development process
Author and maintain team and project documentation
Works closely with other domains including Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, and the business
Work with third-party vendors
Ensure applications, processes, and procedures of the team comply with JLL standards
Plan and orchestrate upgrades annually
Provide technical leadership and participate in all issue resolution for the ServiceNow platform

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
10 years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, and managing all aspects of the ServiceNow platform
Deep Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform
Outstanding business and technical communication skills
Expert level experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom app development. Others a plus.
Deep understanding of ITIL processes - incident, request, change, problem, configuration, asset, and knowledge
Strong experience in developing and managing APIs for the ServiceNow platform
ServiceNow Certifications are a significant plus.
