The Quality Manager ensures the highest quality of care is delivered by Institute on Aging's (IOA) On Lok PACE on site medical clinic. The quality manager will lead efforts within a regulatory framework to continuously improve patient care, health outcomes, satisfaction, and safety, while upholding best practices and achieving operational efficiencies.The Quality Assurance Manager will report to the Sr. Director and be responsible for monitoring performance improvement data, reporting, and co-developing data-driven performance improvement projects based on daily interaction with program leadership and staff. This position will provide administrative and project support to ensure compliance with the quality improvement activities at IOA and agency wide initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role has a background in healthcare and experience in a quality position. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
