Short Description

This role is a functional expert and leader of the Workers Compensation and Occupational Health functions.

Responsible for the leadership and effective management of Workers Compensation Program including all regulatory compliance.

Works collaboratively with Occupational Health, infection control and human resources staff to create policies and procedures for employee health programs. Ensures metrics for HR programs are established, monitored and met.


Experience Required

5 yrs experience with employee health & safety, Minimum 2 years previous management experience.


Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred


Special Requirements

Knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, HIPPA, FMLA, NJFLA, ADA, TDB, LTD, and USERRA.

Knowledge of project management and process improvement.

Effective organizational, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills including verbal and written.

Thorough knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, Power Point and knowledge of Lawson preferred.
