Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$78,457.60 - $101,982.40 / Annual

The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the installation and ongoing support of Windows servers that provide access to the enterprise EMR, Epic.

Responsibilities include:

Proactive monitoring of Epic application system health

Server Operating System Patching

Installation/configuration of Epic client system components including feature enhancements and application upgrades

- Knowledge of Citrix and its components

Job requirements:

3-5 years experience with installing/maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft windows servers

2-4 years experience with the following Microsoft technologies:

- Internet information services (IIS) administration

- Active directory

- File/Print services

- Certificate services

- Citrix StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, PVS, Studio, Application Publishing, Citrix Access Gateway, Citrix ADC, VDI

Certification/Registration Requirements:

Candidate must be willing to acquire Epic client systems proficiency/certification.

Other requirements:

Excellent communication skills with leaders, applications teams

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Previous healthcare experience supporting EMR systems is preferred

Experience with Epic Client Systems Administration is preferred

Experience with Citrix load balancing and virtual application delivery is a plus
