We are the heart and science of medicine. We are UVM Medical Center. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Performs, calculates, reviews and reports laboratory diagnostic tests. Basic laboratory skills, maintenance, QC, and troubleshooting abilities. Understands the clinical significance of the testing performed. Responsibilities for teaching, training, correction of procedural/instrument issues increase through the range of MLS I to MLS III.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor Degree in biological science or chemistry and Medical Laboratory Scientist certification.

SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS:

Night $6.00 / Weekend - Night $9.50

SIGN ON BONUS:

External candidates are eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new grads, up to $5,000 for individuals with more than three years of experience. Current employees of the UVM Medical Center and its affiliates are not eligible for this bonus. Additional terms and conditions apply.

RELOCATION:

Eligible candidate will be offered a relocation package of up to $9,200. Subject to applicable taxes and must be moving from more than 50 miles from UVMMC.
