Description The Direct Support Professional is responsible for safety and supervision of our consumers with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities, Behavioral health histories to facilitate healthy and socially acceptable behaviors while living in community-based sites. This position will coordinate with clinical staff, implement residentially based interventions and assist the clients in achieving their clinical assignments. The DSP is responsible for fulfilling the obligations as outlined in the client's program plan. The DSP will prompt or assist, as necessary, to ensure the clients participate in the activities of daily living, in both the home and the community. Program Overview Woodstock Family Center provides emergency shelter for homeless single parents with children and intact families. The facility provides an array of supportive services including case management, a Bright Spaces child care program, and counseling through RHD's Family Shelter Support Team (FaSST). Available Positions: Monday - Friday 4pm - 12am (Full-Time) Saturday + Sunday 12am - 8am (Part-Time) Requirements
COVID-19 Mandate notice - If the position being applied to reports out of Philadelphia PA: RHD employees working in programs within the City of Philadelphia are required to provide proof of Covid vaccination. If not fully vaccinated, they must receive at least one shot in a two -dose series or a single dose in a one-dose series before beginning in-person shifts.
