The incumbent is expected to teach an introductory computer science course. The course material is synchronized amongst the instructors teaching several sections of the same course. The activities include teaching two 80-minutes lectures a week, holding 2-hours of office hours a week that are used to clarify course content and assignments with students, holding 1-hour meeting with teaching assistants every two weeks for pedagogical support, attend course staff meetings every two weeks, and participate in crafting the exams
