Job Summary This position will be responsible for business quality program execution in the field. Key business partners will be business quality leadership, Field QA, R&D, and manufacturing facility teams. The role will support field execution of commercialization processes, enabler implementation, BQA program implementation, as well as facility level implementation of product quality standards. The role will also be responsible for facility level consumer trends and insights, and support consumer complaints, complaint reduction charters, as well as sales / customer / consumer inquiries. The role will support the development and implementation of product quality standards and product evaluation processes. Principal Accountabilities 1) Support new product commercialization, quality improvement projects, and enabler programs through execution, data collection and analysis, and product evaluation in the field. 2) Support analysis of category level consumer trends and data, consumer complaints, sales inquiries, product evaluations through partnership with field quality and facility leadership team engagement. 3) Business quality team point of contact for field execution, including data collection and analysis, product quality specification and procedure development, field and facility team training, facility level commercialization and enabler exeuction. 4) Provide insight and support in the development, implementation, and on-going tracking of key quality KPIs. 5) Provide direction and support to business quality team. Working Conditions 50-60% Travel Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $108,100-$155,400Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
