Job Summary The Technical School Maintenance Trainee is responsible for learning and applying skills they are learning at school to maintain equipment and facilities to operate in the safest and most productive electro-mechanical condition, supporting continuous improvement, production strategies and plant reliability of snack food equipment and facility maintenance and repair. Education and Experience (Minimum and preferred educational requirements, years of experience needed to successfully perform the job - High School or GED, High School plus specialized vocation or technical education, college degree) High School Diploma or GED required. Must pass plant specific maintenance interview assessment. Must be enrolled in a Technical School with an applicable curriculum. Professional Licenses or Certifications (List professional licenses or certificates required for the job) Valid Driver's License. Must be Forklift certified or able to obtain forklift and aerial lifts certification. Compensation and Benefits: The starting rate for this part-time, hourly position is $25.85. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
