Posting Summary |
Rutgers University -Camden seeks candidates to facilitate Rutgers Future Scholars workshops. Provides complex academic support and subject matter expertise in youth development and K-12 educational practices. This position will communicate and collaborate with numerous external constituents to maintain involvement in all facets of grant-funded projects and works closely with project participants to increase academic achievement. Ability to manage assigned duties in order to complete project tasks in a timely manner. Ability to utilize virtual online learning platforms if necessary. |

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience |
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education/experiences in youth development, teaching certificate preferred. Also requires a minimum of five years experience within in a non-profit, governmental agency or K-12. |

Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Also requires a minimum of three to five years of relevant professional experience in an administrative and/or supervisory function, excellent communication skills, and computer literacy. |

Immunization Requirements
Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption. Additional infection control and safety policies may apply. Prospective employees should speak with their hiring manager to determine which policies apply to the role or position for which they are applying. Failure to provide proof of vaccination for any required vaccines or obtain a medical or religious exemption from the University will result in rescission of a candidate's offer of employment or disciplinary action up to and including termination.
