JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Altoona Intercollegiate Athletics invites applicants for its Athletics Communication Assistant opening. This sports information opening will work closely with the Director of Athletics Communication to assist in the promotion and publicity of Penn State Altoona's NCAA Division III teams. This opening will serve as the primary contact for several sports, to-be-determined upon the successful candidate's strengths and experience. About Penn State Altoona Intercollegiate AthleticsPenn State Altoona Athletics is an NCAA Division III program located in Altoona, Pennsylvania and is a member of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference. The department sponsors 17 varsity intercollegiate sports teams: baseball, men's and women's basketball, women's bowling, men's and women's golf, men's and women's soccer, softball, men's and women's swimming, men's and women's tennis, men's and women's volleyball, and men's and women's wrestling.
