The Department of Psychology at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, NJ, has an opening for a position of Teaching Instructor starting January 1, 2023. This is a non-tenure track annual renewable appointment with a workload of six courses per year (3 per semester) and carries the possibility for a three-year renewable contract after the first year of appointment. Applicants must have a Ph.D. and experience teaching large college classes. We are looking for an instructor to teach courses in clinical psychology (abnormal, personality). Additionally, applicants must be able to occasionally teach other courses that are key parts of the curriculum (e.g., quantitative methods, general psychology).
