Position Summary The Financial Analyst II supports TTCU's financial stability by preparing and refining critical reports, analyzing data, and assisting with strategies that align with organizational goals. This role involves budget and forecast assistance, balance sheet management, and improving reporting processes to ensure efficient, accurate, and valuable information delivery. The Financial Analyst II adds significant value to TTCU's financial strength while performing duties in compliance with regulatory requirements including the Bank Secrecy Act. Supervises: None Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities 35% - Prepare periodic reports to be used by TTCU management, board members, and employees. Reports include member statistics, financial reports, liquidity reports, Asset Liability Management (ALM) data, board reports, profitability analysis, account and member trends, deposit reports and rates, budget variance, and evaluation of existing products. 25% - Respond to ad hoc requests for reporting by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data accurately to identify trends and insights. Use Crystal, Access, and Power BI to provide quality, useful information to TTCU management. 15% - Develop and analyze strategies that help TTCU achieve its financial goals. Strategies will include deposit and loan pricing, interest rate risk management, product structures, economic feasibility analyses, and other strategies that will contribute to the financial stability and success of TTCU. 15% - Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts based on historical data and market trends. Provide supporting data to help complete the net interest margin and fee revenue portions of the annual budget. Minimum Qualifications Educational Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Certificates/Licenses Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
