JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Rec Hall is seeking dedicated and reliable student workers to assist with facility and event operations. Successful candidates will primarily be responsible for helping the building staff set-up and tear down varsity athletic competitions hosted by the venue to aid in executing competitions for student-athletes, coaches and fans. On an as needed basis, the role may also include some event operations (keeping score, running music, etc.) and equipment room (folding towels, doing laundry, etc.) responsibilities. Rec Hall is the home competition site for Penn State men's and women's volleyball, men's and women's gymnastics, and wrestling, as well as housing the men's and women's soccer teams. It also hosts numerous Big Ten, NCAA championship, and outside events. No prior experience is required. Hours will vary; must have extensive night and weekend availability.
