MISSOURI INSTITUTE OF MENTAL HEALTH University of Missouri - St. Louis Associate Director, Missouri Institute of Mental Health 4499 - Associate Director Research The University of Missouri, St. Louis (UMSL) - Missouri Institute of Mental Health (MIMH) is looking for a highly energetic, organized, and motivated mental health-focused professional to serve as Associate Director. In this role, the individual will collaborate with the Director of MIMH and others from the leadership team to implement operational and administrative activities, including direct oversight of professional committees and working groups at MIMH. The individual will also lead the development and implement of internal systems to ensure continuous improvement of programs, policies, and procedures integral to the success of MIMH. The Assistant Director will also assist with the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategic plans for MIMH, development and curation of community agencies and other stakeholders.
