Health, Counseling, DAS Job Description
Health, Counseling, and Disability Access Services are seeking a Nurse Practitioner at an active and inclusive university health center. University Health Services is an ambulatory care clinic staffed by health care providers who collaborate with physicians from various disciplines. The department and its staff are committed to providing integrated and culturally sensitive medical, mental health, health promotion and public health services for the University's diverse student body. Job Duties Include:
The successful candidate will be an experienced medical provider who possesses strong interpersonal, oral, and written skills; a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, campus partners, and student groups; have a commitment to actively engage in practice with diverse populations (racial/ethnic, LGBTQ+, ability, gender, SES, and beyond); and interpersonal flexibility with a sense of humor. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. The University will not sponsor applicants for this position for employment visas. Shift
The position is part-time at 24 hrs/week. Health Services is open Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related/ relevant area and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Licensure as required for position. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
