Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire: Certification as a Registered Central Sterilization Technician (CRCST) or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) or Surgical Tech certification (CST or TS-C or CORST) Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment: Current CRCST, CSPDT, CST, TS-C or CORST Certification Experience REQUIRED: Minimum of three (3) years sterile processing experience Previous experience with a personal computer Experience PREFERRED One (1) year of previous supervisory, management or leadership experience Previous work experience in an academic medical center environment Education/training REQUIRED: (Note: work experience may be considered in lieu of credentials not required by law with HR approval.
