Job Summary: Oversight over budgeting, controls, and other financial matters for the Operations department. Responsible for supporting Operations leadership cost management activities through cost tracking, reporting and communication. Executes direction from senior leadership and ensures all various business units and departments within Operations align with overall strategic directives. Oversees the compilation of data based on statistical studies and analysis of past and current years to prepare the company budget and to justify funds requested. Takes a leadership role in identifying financial opportunities and challenges and proactively designs and implements solutions. Regularly works with teams across the organization to coordinate on executing complex financial and operational issues. Directs others on their team and laterally directs others to implement tactical and strategic objectives.
