Schedule Details:Schedule is 4 days per week, variable start times between 7:30 and 8:30am. Call requirements include one night per week and every 7th weekend. Holiday rotation also required.


What You Will Do:

According to established standards and practices, the Vascular Sonographer provides noninvasive diagnostic Vascular Services.

You Will:



  • Adequately explain the rationale and patient expectations for each test
  • Usecognitive sonographic skills to identify, record, and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic information and images
  • Analyzesonograms, synthesize sonographic information and medical history from both patient and provider, and communicate findings to the appropriate physician



You Will Need:



  • Bachelor of Science degree or a licensed medical professional can obtain aRegistryof Vascular Technology within six months of training completion.
  • Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or Cardiovascular Technology Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
  • BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association
