The UNC- NCSU Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering stresses the application of science and engineering, mathematical analysis, and computer techniques to biomedical problems. A Post-doctoral research position is available in the ultrasound laboratories of Professors Paul Dayton and Gianmarco Pinton at UNC Chapel Hill. This position will support research in ultrasound imaging and targeted therapeutics techniques.

Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Acoustics, or a closely related field.

Experience in ultrasound engineering

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience as a mentor
