Brief Summary of Work for this Position |
Perform work by applying methods and general procedures of the carpentry and painting trade. Utilizes techniques, tools and materials and equipment appropriate to trade. This position is responsible for pressure washing, scraping hand rails, painting, light carpentry and any other general maintenance duties assigned by the supervisor.
This position has been designated as mandatory personnel for the University and may be required to report to work during adverse weather conditions even though the University may be operating on an alternate schedule. This position may assist in the removal of snow, ice or debris, as required. |
