POSITION SUMMARY:
Valley Health Hospital "Valley Medical Group is seeking a motivated and compassionate Obstetrician & Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join our growing Medical Group. We are a well-established Medical Group committed to providing exceptional care to our community. This is an exciting opportunity for an OB/GYN physician to become part of a large team of experts in the field, and a key provider within a nationally recognized, top-quality, patient-centered network.

SCOPE
Our OB/GYN will work with a team who will assist in running an efficient practice while providing the best care to our patients. Be part of a collegial, well-established practice and join in on discussions around best practice, new technologies, case studies and evidence-based medicine.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to advance and develop a superior clinical service.
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills for both clinical and non-clinical audiences, in group settings or one-on-one.
Expertise in establishing physician relationships combined with the ability to manage an interdisciplinary team while appreciating and fostering collegial and peer participation from all disciplines.
Effective supervisory skills, including clinical mentoring and coaching expertise.
Advocate for organizational values and commitment to gender equity and diversity.
Demonstrates experience with capital/operating budgets and an understanding of the challenges facing integrated delivery systems.

EDUCATION:

QUALIFICATIONS

MD or DO
Existing or Eligibility for New Jersey Medical License, DEA and CDS required.
Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
