To build on that success and support future growth, we are seeking a collaborative, proactive Sourcing Manager with significant global product sourcing experience. What You'll Do: As a Sourcing Manager, you'll report to the Divisional Sourcing Manager of the Home division and be responsible for successfully sourcing and procuring materials and products that deliver the best possible value in price and quality while balancing risks and regulatory concerns. You'll partner with our Merchandising, Planning, and Inventory teams to ensure domestic and international sourcing activities are aligned to meet the goals of the organization.
You'll also be responsible for: * Driving business category sourcing strategies and cost initiatives to meet business goals * Leading and developing a product sourcing team * Influence key changes to processes and tools * Driving and coordinating major Sourcing projects * Directing and developing 2 direct reports
Qualifications What It Takes: We need an experienced Product Sourcing Manager with proven global sourcing and supply chain management experience. To be successful in this role, you must possess professional level communication skills and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional, collaborative team environment.
Ideally, you will have a bachelor's degree in a Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management discipline and at least 5 years' experience with domestic and international product sourcing functions.
In addition, we are looking for: * Significant experience negotiating high-dollar contracts and complex sourcing relationships * A strong understanding of regulatory and trade requirements * 5+ years' industry experience with strong knowledge of home accessories and decor * 3+ years' leadership experience * A flexible, strategic thinker with forward vision who is open to change and will drive improvements * A solution-oriented and customer-focused demeanor * Exceptional negotiation and conflict management skills * Strong organizational and project management skills * A team player who fosters cross-functional relationships * The ability to occasionally travel both domestically and internationally * We value collaboration and believe that it often happens best in-person. All members of the Sourcing team are required to work onsite at our Monroe, WI Design Center.
