Job Description Terracon is seeking a Regional Practice Lead/Department Manager to lead and grow our building environmental sciences and industrial hygiene consulting practice in the Kansas and Missouri region, which includes departments operating in Columbia, MO, Garden City, KS, Kansas City, Manhattan, KS, St. Louis, Topeka, and Wichita and provides coverage across Kansas, Missouri, and southern Illinois. This position offers an opportunity for an individual who is strong in client and business development and management, team building and mentoring, operations efficiency, quality process management, and strategic planning and implementation. This position will work closely with environmental department and office leadership in the region to strategically expand and elevate the practice. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
