Job Description 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift Manufacturing maintenance positions in Waukesha county area. Pay rates from $30-38hr depending on shift and experience. Install and maintain: Install new equipment and perform regular maintenance Repair: Diagnose and fix broken or malfunctioning equipment Test: Run equipment to ensure it's working properly Adjust: Calibrate equipment to optimal specifications Clean: Lubricate and clean equipment Maintain inventory: Order parts and keep track of supplies Train: Teach production workers how to perform routine maintenance Report: Prepare maintenance reports Safety: Ensure compliance with safety procedures Skills and qualifications Ability to read technical manuals and engineering drawings Experience with hand and power tools Ability to lift, climb, balance, and move materials Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to follow directions and use critical thinking
