Position Title: Client Services Representative

Business Unit: Multiple

Reports to: Varies Based on Assignment

Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support, client service and client accounting. The Client Service Representative (CSR) supports specific client service positions in Wealth Management including Wealth Advisors, Client Advisors and Portfolio Advisors. The CSR is responsible for coordinating communication between Wealth Team members, clients and prospects. The position also requires the production of client and prospect presentation, as well as general administrative duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provides direct, unsupervised client contact and support for the overall regional book of business. Provides support as needed to assigned Wealth Team members and client accounting for the entire regional book of business.

Coordinates communication between Wealth Team members, clients and prospects. Prepares account set up paperwork, client presentations and transfer documentation and initiates follow-up with clients and prospects.

Performs front office transaction processing, quality control of account entries and maintenance and processing of statements for the regional book of business. Reviews and acts on daily activity and work queues.

Provides assistance to Wealth Team members in researching transactional items and client and interested party inquiries.

Prepares reports as needed for Wealth Team members for account servicing efforts.

Coordinates client and prospect event planning.

Provides administrative services such as filing, mailing, answering phones, typing, expense report preparation and general office duties.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
