This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: an experienced Director, Global Search Engine Optimization to lead our organization's SEO initiatives, focusing on scaling our global website's visibility and search performance across North America and international markets. This role requires a strategic leader who can craft and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, optimize website infrastructure, and integrate SEO with overall business goals. Our ideal candidate is a highly analytical and creative problem solver who has a strong understanding of the SEO landscape and a track record of success.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that will drive organic growth

  • Leverage data to identify insights and opportunities for SEO improvement

  • Measure the effectiveness of strategy (rankings, traffic, conversions) and make decisions based on data

  • Create and present strategy recommendations to marketing leadership and C-Level executives

  • Will manage a team of SEO specialists in Manila

  • Monitor SEO trends and best practices to ensure best in class SEO

  • Provide technical SEO audits to identify and address issues

  • Create and maintain SEO documentation and reports

Desired Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS

  • Highly analytical with a strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing large-scale SEO strategies

  • Fluency in web analytics tools and the ability to uncover insights from data

  • Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and user experience optimizations with a clear track record of driving growth

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex SEO strategies to stakeholders at all levels

  • Proven track record of managing complex global websites

  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advanced SEO tools like Screaming Frog, and SEMRush

  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred or equivalent military and/or work experience

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $138,00 and $234,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
