Scope:

  • The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair of facility equipment and systems. Works to maintain acceptable conditions throughout plant for printed circuit board PCB) manufacturing. Receives technical guidance from higher-level technician.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs preventive maintenance procedures on facility equipment after being trained.

  • Helps maintain maintenance records and information on facility equipment.

  • Assists with problem troubleshooting in equipment, process, or materials.

  • Interfaces and communicates with internal and external customers as needed to resolve equipment issues.

  • Suggests equipment improvement opportunities and modification of equipment to improve operation.

  • Helps maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.

  • Troubleshoot and maintain basic electro-mechanical equipment.

  • Performs daily housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of electrical/electronics, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics.

  • Must be able to establish priorities; managing personal work assignment backlog.

  • Troubleshoot and maintain basic electro-mechanical equipment.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted, stand for 8-12 hours consistently, and climb ladders to perform duties

  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and occasionally on-call based on department, project and production needs

  • Able to communicate well with others

Education and Experience:

  • Associate Degree preferred

  • Electrical knowledge/experience preferred

  • Mechanical skills required

  • Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings is necessary.

  • Experience using Microsoft Windows software applications and other general computer skills

Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
