This position is 100% Grant Funded until September 30, 2028. Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing administrative support to Title III grant activities and the Title III Activity Director. The incumbent is responsible for excellent customer service to students, faculty and guests. Other responsibilities include providing periodic department or division support for Title III events or projects. Minimum Qualifications: H.S. Diploma or equivalent and 2 years related experience.*

Licensing Requirements: Valid Driver's License Hiring Range: $19,820.50 Preferred Qualifications: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Google sheets, and Zoom. Job Specific Task List:
- Provide overall and day-to-day administrative support to Title III grant activities and the Title III Activity Director as well as periodic department or division support for Title III events or projects.
- Provide administrative support and coordination of workflow in the Title III grant; complete employee paperwork such as personnel transactions, technology requests, purchase orders and others; communicate with institutional stakeholders and vendors, regarding inquiries, requests or trouble shooting.
- Facilitate, coordinate, and schedule interactions either in person or through telecommunication technology, for example Zoom, including training sessions, travel related logistics, grant activity related meetings, and external evaluator and/or other external stakeholder visits.
- Provide administrative and organizational support, when requested, for assessment and program review projects as well as operational planning documents using various applications such as MS Office and Google Docs.
- Travel to all HACC locations as needed to participate in group and individual meetings with Title III grant and/or divisional staff.
- Prepare and/or archive any requested written reports.
- Provide excellent customer service to all institutional stakeholders as well as students and other college guests. - (Essential)
