Job Description Summary

Do you love delivering messages to users with the right message, at the right time, through the right channel? We are looking for someone who has email coding expertise and enterprise marketing automation platform experience to help us create innovative marketing email programs to grow the business.

If you are a developer of high performing emails with a focus on quality, this may be the opportunity for you! You will be working alongside our Marketing Automation team to execute our marketing strategies. Responsibilities include designing, coding, and deploying email communications within our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and developing new ways to engage with our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborative Partner: Work with internal partners to understand needs, identify creative opportunities, test and optimize programs, and develop best practices that can be utilized across our Marketing Automation program
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Use data available to make appropriate decisions on best next actions. Have an always learning attitude and continuously test for the best result to improve engagement
  • Builder Mindset: Build a best-in-class email code base to go along with our product. We want to make sure that users can engage with us where they want to and when
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Sound Like You?

You might be just who we're looking for if you have...

  • 1-2 years of experience as an email developer within an enterprise marketing automation platform
  • Fluent in HTML, CSS and AMPscript
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Content Builder, Triggered Sends, and Journey Builder
  • Has a deep understanding of approaches to integrate SMC with other systems in an organization's eco-system for incorporating dynamic and personalized content in emails
  • Understands core concepts of email marketing best practices

FLSA Status: Exempt

Will have responsibilities such as:

  • Interviewing, selecting, and training employees
  • Setting rates of pay and hours of work
  • Appraising productivity; handling employee grievances or complaints, or disciplining employees
  • Determining work techniques
  • Planning the work
  • Apportioning work among employees
  • Determining the types of equipment to be used in performing work, or materials needed
  • Planning budgets for work
  • Monitoring work for legal or regulatory compliance
  • Providing for safety and security of the workplace

Essential Functions:

  • Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
  • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
  • Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher level manager
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable
  • Comply with company policies and procedure

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
  • The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

*Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.
