The Program Manager works with many levels of leadership and staff to manage program efforts based on industry best practices; works as the single point of contact for facilitation and communication of program goals, deliverables, and schedules, and must be an excellent communicator; various levels of documentation will be produced at each stage of the program and the program manager is often the person who creates these with input from others. The selected candidate would be responsible for the overall management of Professional Education courses (in-person and on-line), which have been developed for the working professionals. This role is responsible for promoting the value of professional education services to all existing and prospective Georgia Tech customers, managing program logistics and deliverables, developing budgets, and providing revenue forecast information at the portfolio level. The ideal candidate would be required to cultivate professional relationships with internal and external customers, which include Unit staff and instructors, Georgia Tech Professional Education (GTPE) learners, GTPE clients, and third-party affiliates and vendors. The ideal candidate would have strong communication and interpersonal skills, due to the required interactions with prominent constituents in our surrounding communities. USG Core Values
