Middle School After-School Program Assistant

SPA is currently seeking After School Program Assistants to work in our Middle School on the Randolph Campus. The After School Program runs from 3:00pm - 6:00pm on days when school is in session.

Program Assistants are responsible for leading recreational activities (outdoor play, board games, creative outlets), interacting with students in a supervisory capacity, and occasionally serving as a resource for guidance with academic work. Program Assistants report to the Program Director.

The ideal Program Assistant is willing to interact with students individually or in groups, encourage student engagement, and is well-attuned to the needs of middle school students overall. Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work the designated hours during the academic school year. Prior experience working in an educational setting is preferred.
