Pay: $21.00/hr | The schedule will be discussed upon hire.

Requirements: This position requires previous production leadership experience. The candidate must have experience in a warehouse setting, possess excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds if necessary.

Job Duties: The Warehouse Lead is responsible for training team members on production, quality control, and safety processes; monitoring attendance, timekeeping performance, and production records; performing quality control inspections to ensure production standards are consistently met; motivating team members to improve individual performance; and reviewing daily production goals and priorities with our customer's administration team and advising on any issues that are impacting production.
